What this Service does
WhatsUser.link is a free tool that generates a shareable WhatsApp link and QR code from a WhatsApp Username, Username Key, or phone number you provide, entirely in your browser.
No account, free to use
The Service is 100% free, with no signup and no payment required for its current features.
Accuracy is your responsibility
You're responsible for entering your own correct username, phone number, and message. We don't verify identity or ownership of any username or phone number entered into the generator.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to generate links for numbers or usernames you don't have the right to share, or for spam, harassment, fraud, or impersonation.
wa.me/username limitation
As of the date of these terms, wa.me/username links don't reliably open a WhatsApp chat, because WhatsApp hasn't published an official format for them. We make no guarantee that this or any generated link will behave as expected, and we provide a phone-number generator as a currently working alternative.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, including uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Third-party links and ads
The Service links to and displays content from third parties we don't control and aren't responsible for, including advertising served by Adsterra and WhatsApp itself.
No affiliation
WhatsUser.link is an independent tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
