Username Key
A short code assigned by WhatsApp that travels with a username and identifies the account unambiguously, even if another account picked the same name.
Since a username isn't guaranteed to be globally unique, the Username Key acts as extra identity confirmation. Showing it is optional, but recommended for professional contexts, usernames using common words, or printed/permanent QR codes.
